Profile - Ceri Lewis is an experienced property professional with over 20 years experience of the South Wales property markets. He has dealt with some of the largest lending institutions in the UK regarding portfolio analysis and sale to open markets; with relocation companies assisting in the transfer of executive corporate clients to new areas; with the disposal of property at auction; with numerous local authorities regarding HMO (Houses In Multiple Occupation) requirements and regulations; and with private letting companies and individuals acting on behalf of external contract managers. He is experienced in property sourcing, property analysis, defect identification and pro-active repair implementation, residential property maintenance, management of contractors and residential renovation projects for investment purchasers. Ceri Lewis & Associates Ltd currently administer contracts via several Housing Associations, local Councils and numerous private clients covering an area from Cardiff to Tenby, Pembroke, Haverfordwest and Milford Haven in the West.
